British Airport Authority (BAA)
ASH's work for BAA has involved the development of landscape strategies for both Edinburgh and Glasgow Airports which supports planning applications and also guides landscape implementation at the airports. The landscape strategies cover private land currently within BAA ownership, whilst taking into consideration land which BAA has identified as being required for the future development and expansion.
Schools
ASH has been involved in both the refurbishment of exiting schools, and the design and construction of new schools, on both greenfield and brownfield sites.
Prisons
ASH's work on prisons has involved innovative ideas to enhance the prison environment without compromising the strict security requirements.
Wastewater treatment works
ASH's work in connection with the siting and design of wastewater treatment works included a detailed colour study of the building to help integrate it into the surrounding landscape.
The ASH team can offer the assistance of committed professionals who are very much at the 'cutting edge' of environmental issues in the public and private sector of the construction industry.
