Ian is a Director of Harris Rush Associates Ltd and a Consultant to ASH design + assessment. Prior to joining HRA in 1996 Ian had nearly thirty years of experience in the minerals, quarry products and waste management industries primarily in connection with the management and planning of land and mineral holdings and all technical aspects of the industry.
With HRA and ASH, Ian has worked on a wide range of projects connected with minerals, waste and contaminated land development. He has successfully planned the development or extension of numerous aggregate mineral deposits and managed the preparation of environmental statements and planning applications.
Ian also has used his management experience and background to project manage for ASH the procurement of professional input to and the preparation of environmental statements for major road construction projects and in unrelated fields such as renewable energy.
